Many factors are key to training pilots effectively. Traditionally, the technical finesse of full flight simulators has taken center stage here. It is our opinion that another element is even more important: a trainer who has experienced first-hand what he/she is teaching and who connects with course participants to convey this knowledge. Our close relationship with the airline operations of the Lufthansa Group means many of our trainers are active pilots who combine practical experience with training expertise.

We designed our Wet Lease Training courses to ensure the utmost in learning success. To this end, our experienced instructors are available to you throughout the entire planning and execution phases of the pilot training course. We will develop a training plan tailored to your flight operations and personally accompany your crews throughout the entire course. Each of our more than 450 trainers has at least 17,000 hours of personal flight experience, has in-depth knowledge of the requirements of various airlines, and knows every detail of the respective aircraft types. Individual Training Plans

Together with you, we will create individualized training plans for your pilots based on the participants’ level of training as well as your airline’s training requirements. These plans are, of course, adhere to national and international regulations – some of our courses even exceed the requirements of EU Aircrew Regulation Part-FCL and EU-OPS.

For the practical training courses, state-of-the-art training devices for all common aircraft types are available to your pilots at ten locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Highly reliable full flight simulators with debriefing tools as well as cutting-edge flat-panel trainers guarantee that practical flight training courses are carried out at maximum efficiency.
