WE ADVANCE AVIATION TRAINING – BY QUESTIONING THE STATUS QUO AND SETTING TRENDS

Innovation topics are too many to count – also in the context of aviation. But which topics really drive training forward, for example by making it more efficient or more sustainable? As part of the Lufthansa Group, we are open to and curious about new developments and drive innovation forward in a targeted manner. In the context of innovation topics, as well, one thing is non-negotiable for us: the safety and quality of our training programs. That is why we do not follow every trend noncritically, but examine its potential, effectiveness, and quality aspects before we (further) develop and implement it.

Our team works with state-of-the-art methods of trend research and assessment. We conduct numerous studies independently and with cooperation partners and universities to test and validate new potential, such as remote training, eye tracking, big data, etc. We have an ear to the ground in operations and are in close contact with customers and partners.
